I am quick to slam United's bad service. It is well deserved is most instances. However Ms. Joyce in the United Club West is a welcome surprise. She is welcoming, friendly, and courteous. Nicely appointed furniture, nice window seating bar stools.
Newly renovated! Comfortable chairs and tons of new outlets to plug in your toys. Finally a change I like at the new United.
Paul JozefakOctober 25, 2015One of the better Clubs I've been to in the States but still fairly basic with minimal food and drink options. This one has plenty of power outlets and was fairly clean. Wasn't too overrun either.

Great place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the airport. Oh - and free booze FTW! Although the furniture was here before the airport was built.

They have remodeled the West room..great furniture chairs tables n lots of outlets.TG..not 1977 anymore♥ it Good job United!

Wayne ASeptember 16, 2013This place needs a little TLC, just like the planes United flies. Blue Moon is now considered "Premium," as is Beefeater gin. Both were "complimentary" a month ago.
Hard to find power around here. Exterior seating has power on the floor and some chairs with end tables have power built in. Definitely need a remodel for the $$ of membership

Recently and nicely remodeled. Plenty of tables with lots of power strips!

The Customer Service folks behind the counter at the top of the stairs can work miracles, sometimes.- Note to United Club: Clean the upholstered chairs. These are disgustingly stained and who knows what is growing in there! That is all
There are 2 United Clubs in Terminal B. The West club is better. New furniture & power outlets.
If you need to recharge - every desk in the business/work area has two outlets.

Paul NunesJune 24, 2014Its not just the fact the lounge hasn't been updated. Its pretty filthy overall. I actually try to avoid the United lounges when I'm in Denver. The gate areas seem to be cleaner and better maintained

- Hillary JessupJanuary 7, 2013The airport in Denver is huge. There are tons of places to eat & shop. United has two Clubs in the Denver airport. It's a great place to pass the time during a long layover.
- Typical United Club. Nothing special but nicer than hanging out in the terminal.

Remember to tip your Bartender. Drinks might be free but they still are serving you.

There are two here now, east and west, is either bigger or better?
Hard to find a plug here, especially by the window. Ridiculous for this day and age... Need to update the club, it's in sad shape!
