Such a cool place. This is how a diner should be. Excellent (fast) food with a twist. Try the salads. Hope to come back soon. Read more about our honeymoon trip to the ACE: bit.ly/acepalmsprings
It used to have a great restaurant but Kings is now trendy without a lot going on underneath. Looks good on the menu, and tastes flat on the plate. The ambience, poolside drinks at The Ace is great.
Second time here and much improved! I’m in love with the dishes: pistachiomintpork ribs and the mushrooms (amazing green sauce). Absolutely stellar. The pb torte and bananacaramelpies are superb.
Carnitas and fish tacos are pricey but really good. Chilaquiles are fabulous and filling. Chef Salgado's reworked menu dramatically improves dining experience. Stumptown coffee also a plus.
food's decent. fish tacos and fries are good esp the fries. breakfast burrito is good but MASSIVE. popcornchicken is a little spicey but delicious dipped in ranch. eggnog has way too much rum :(
You can always rely on Ace Hotels for great food. This one doesn't disappoint; steak & eggs at breakfast and the baked dates to start your day right. Unsurprisingly, decor like 👌✨
I am in love with this place. The green eggs and ham are BOMB and I don't use that word lightly. Bagel and lox is also the jam. I can't wait to come back.
Best breakfast I had in Palm Springs and reasonably priced ! The poached eggs are absolutely scrumptious as were the pancakes . A trendy and fun place.
Hipsters in the desert! Great service. Get the jidori fried chicken + mashed potatoes, black eyed peahummus; skip the okras (taste more like bad pasta).
Pre or post Coachella food heaven. Even if you're just passing through Palm Springs. Don't leave without trying the Ricotta pancakes. The Ace is worth a detour especially to stop and eat or chill here
Cool spot with great coffee and pretty decent food. Don't try the fried chicken though-- $24 for flavorless, dry chicken wings. The side salad and potatoes were fantastic though!
Located in the Ace Hotel, King's Highway has become better with time, proving to be a staple in the PS scene. Go in hard on the breakfast burrito or fried bologna sandwich.
A lot of people ignore the gravlax for breakfast but if you're looking for something light to counter all the overeating and booze - the fish is perfectly seasoned and not too heavy!
Their food is fresh and innovative. As long as you are there, you may as well try one of their unique drinks. You are sure to find something you like here :)
Espresso lovers: Plus: Stumptown served here. Minus: depending on the barista your latté will range from lukewarm and nearly flavorless to acceptable. Largest iced coffee is 12 oz. Super nice staff.
First of all, there is no kid's menu, you have to ask for it. Don't bother with the fish tacos. The cole slaw was old, and the limes looked as if they sat out for days. The kid's mac'n chz is delish!
Love the vintage diner feel of this place. Grab a booth and order an excellent Stumptown coffee. Bloody Mary comes with lime wedges and a salted rim but is waaaay too salty and not spicy enough.
meh. pleasingly bland is as good as it gets here. the quality of the food is fine but the prices are a bit silly. that said, their date shake brings the boys to the yard.
A friend recommended I go for breakfast & order chilaquiles with chorizo. Turned out to be among the top 10 best things I've ever eaten. Don't hesitate. Get it.
Food not up to par from what I'd expect from the Ace. Best was the corndip and steak Frits. Was served cold coffee. Brought out Voss water we didn't order. Uniform is hipster plaid and skinny jeans.
