Cochon Butcher isn't just a fantastic butcher shop and deli hiding behind the famed Cochon - it's home to crazy good small plates, a decent bar, and the best sandwiches in town. [Eater 38 Member]

Saddle up to one of the shop's high-top tables and order one of Link's killer sandwiches (the house muffaletta and cold roast beef are recommended) and take a pound of andouille sausage to-go. Read more

Everything is delicious. The coppa steak special is maybe the best sandwich I've ever had. Mac & cheese is delicious. Duck pastrami sliders are so smokey and flavorful.

Cochon Butcher is a wonderland for meat-lovers, the Willy Wonka Factory of delicious deli-meats, and for in our opinion, the Cold Roast Beef sandwich is the golden-ticket.

Mac and cheese is very good. Cuban,BBQ pork, and Le Pig Mac top sandwiches to try. Everyone is super friendly. Also don't be shy to ask to try their sausage. They would gladly let you sample it.

This is another very legit version of boudin. It's a little murky because of the seasoning, which works perfectly with the creole mustard for dipping and the chilis on the side to make it all pop. Read more

Incredible house cured meats and sandwiches from Donald Link. Try the smoked pastrami by the pound. Eat the muffuletta, BBQ pork sandwich, and pretty much anything else that catches your way.

Super cool place, with amazing burgers, nice beer selection, very good set up and bar. Butcher as well, and possible to buy tshirts, hats and bags. Prices are great. Order your food first, then enjoy.

Calling itself a "butcher shop and swine bar," they serve the best muffuletta in town and some damn good boudin. Everything else is good, too. [Eater 38 Member]

Overall phenomenal. Get the cochon for sure, it's like a pulled pork hamburger patty which has been pan fried. Great whiskey selection as well, which isn't so filling, so you can eat more.

Had the pork belly sandwich. Really good, the meat was tender and the sandwich was flavorful. Wish it was a little bit bigger and had a different type of bread. The bread can get soggy fast

One of everything please! The smoked ham hock was amazing. One of the best restaurants in NoLa.... but the service was sub-par....bordering on plain old frosty.
