Order a drink you've never had before instead of that basic, mainstream cocktail you usually drink. This is the place to try something new. Preferably something with whiskey.
Great cocktails. Best Manhattans/Old Fashioned around. Small plates restaurant - Most things can be ordered in half or full order. Try the truffle deviled eggs!

Sit at the bar and check out the 60+ long cocktail list. If you can't find at least one drink you like then you don't like drinking!

Ask for the 30 page spirits list, which is rarely offered or present on the bar top. It's encyclopedic, and the only way to appreciate this HUGE back bar.

Try the wild mushroom and brown rice with goat cheese"burger" It is seriously to die for!! Desserts are superb too! Staff? Amazing! Great lunch place and i hear they do breakfast!
