The staff is pretty friendly, but it's usually busy there (it's Westfarms) so PLEASE be patient & understanding. My baristas there are AMAZING though, they never get the praise they deserve.- Chai latte. It's not chai tea; that would be like saying,"tea tea." And the "ch" in chai is pronounced with a "kh" sound. #grammarpolice
Buy a reusable hot cup for $1 and save 10 cents on your coffee when you use it in the future! Reduces waste, still recyclable, and saves you money!
Rather than spend $4-7 on a latte, think about getting a house coffee with a shot of flavour syrup, depending on size it's only $2-3 and just as delicious.

Second time this week, third time switching up the drink in a month and they still remember what I order every time. If only every starbucks was this good...
Try the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, it's new and delicious!!!!!!!!
