From the Toucan building, you are much closer to the lobby of the Grand and the Grand's pools than you are to the things at Nizuc.

Juan Pablo BenavidesJune 21, 2015Nothing! The worse service I have ever had in a hotel. This hotel staff needs to be train about service, which is the business they are in. We had a lot of rain and, most of all rooms had leeks.
