- Nora MooreAugust 20, 2014Don't be afraid to ask for decreased sugar in some of the drinks. My personal fav was black milk tea with no sugar and extra bubbles. Very satisfying on a winter day
- Serious EatsSeptember 5, 2013The best tea might be taro, and not just because it's a pretty light purple color. It's sweet but not overpowering with a hint of sweet potato flavor.
- The hazelnut is amazing and is my go-to. Also enjoy their Thai, coconut, and chocolate, however. Don't try the almond- it's awful.
- All about the taro! Get the taro! I usually do half-sweetened so it's not too sugary, but either way taro is a must-have
- If I am in the mood for milk tea, I get Rose. I love all the fruit teas, too. I recommend trying their bubble tea in a medium or small size.
- A little bit of tea magic.. Chinatown quality in Morningside Heights. I like that the boba is not drenched in syrup. Taro is extra good here.
- AdnaMay 26, 2015Got the hazelnut milk tea with egg pudding. The tea was a little too sweet but the flavor was great. Credit cards accepted only for purchases over $5.
- Lorena V.October 5, 2011Make sure to ask for unsweetened, add your own if your want. The regular has sooooo much sugar you'd think they have a sugar cane plantation in the back! I so regret this drink:(
- Best Bubble tea/milk tea I've had in NYC. Definitely try the Taro milk tea, it's delicious
- Jisu PJuly 1, 2014The Thai iced tea is delicious! I recommend not getting the bobba on the bottom because they put in too much.
- Tara GruszkiewiczJuly 26, 2013Thai milk tea with bubbles and a roast pork bun. Delicious every time.
- the bubble milk tea is the best, my fav flavor is taro, the strawberry's good too but it tastes like strawberry nestquick
- Marlene AlmanzarNovember 5, 2012They have THE best taro bubble tea and their tapioca pearls are always swishy! Haha
- If you're looking for a dessert drink, you have to try the mint chip milk slush!
- The Milk Slush. Don't question the weird name, just try it in Taro. Unspeakably delicious.
- Good observation, but all the signs just say Tmagic. Including the chalk board outside. I can see if someone wasn't paying attention that would be an easy mistake. Just plain T. Great teahouse though.
- Rose, almond, lavender and taro milk teas are delicious.
- the passionfruit black tea with Boba is a real refreshing sweet treat!!
- Great tea at a great price. Open til 11:30 most nights. And it's actually spelled T Magic.
- Ask for the sticky rice. I don't think it's on the menu, but they have it.
- TMagic... I will miss your wonderful Boba!!! Goodbye NYC, CA is calling my name. I will always remember you :)
- Carmen KMarch 11, 2013Good luck ordering with these clueless people. I said no milk, the cashier asked me if I wanted milk again, I said no. They ended up putting milk in my coffee. THANKS.
