- Linda HongFebruary 7, 2016Love this restaurant for all their dumplings and dishes. Being Shanghainese, this is the real deal. Pan friend bao's are the best!!

- daveJanuary 27, 2013Steamed dumplings one of the best in sydney. The one in the Chase is better than the one in Lemon Grove.
- You MUST order a 201 and 512 each time you go. Vary the other dishes but never leave these two off the table!
- there's usually almost always a queue to get in, but so worth the wait. get the steamed mini pork buns
- If u want any of the pan fried dim sims, order it as soon as you sit down. It's always a long wait, but worth it
- Annie WangDecember 30, 2012Xiao Long Bao and beef noodle soup were both disappointing. Nothing compare to Ding Tai Feng.... Sheng Jian Bao was good and so was the hot and sour soup.
- Service pretty bad these days but the food is still good. Great pea shoots
- Peter SquireJanuary 11, 2011The food is in most cases excellent. Steamed mini pork bun is really good (but hot - take care).
- MikiReiFebruary 7, 2016Doughy pot stickers, fried unevenly. 小籠包was ok. Nice, thin skin, lots of soup but bad meat quality. A solid 5/10. Won't come back.
- Lucas NgJuly 31, 2010If there is a long queue, New Shanghai has another restaurant at the nearby Lemon Grove shopping centre (10 mins walk)
- Dominic TamOctober 16, 2016Recent visit. service almost non existence. Have to ask everything 3 times. Food is slow. waiter either don't hear you or they heard you but not care.charge $1 for visa or mastercard 2% for Amex.
