- Josiah ForgathApril 7, 2019If you make any stop in Ashland — make sure it is Noble. They have exquisite espresso and the loveliest staff. Plus an amazing spot to stay a while and work / read / relax.
- Em Lazer-WalkerAugust 7, 2015Everything a local third-wave coffee shop should be! Fantastic drinks (you even have a choice of beans for espresso drinks), super friendly staff, and tons of space to chill.
- Travel MedfordOctober 14, 2013Winner of the Good Food Award in 2012 for their Colombia Finca San Luis blend. Any coffee you try from here is amazing, however if you love mochas, their mocha is probably the best in the valley.

- Trevor GerzenJune 27, 2023We’re from San Diego and have driven through Ashland quite a few times. This is my favorite coffee shop. We’ve been all around SF, Portland, Seattle and this one makes me the happiest.
- CornflowerMay 24, 2012Just about anything you get here is perfect! They have highly qualified & trained baristas. They're meticulous! I am an Americano fan, so try that & their Cold-Brew is awesome for a hot day!

- Jon H.November 11, 2012Want a different flavor than what is 'on press' today? Try a "siphon." Not only is it fun to watch, but you can have the beans if your choice, freshly ground. And, honestly, it makes a fabulously cup.
- Bayberry Inn Bed and BreakfastDecember 30, 2014I've been living off your coffee recently with cashew nut butter over at NW Raw! It's addictive and oh so delicious!

- Lynn Ceteras HuertaMarch 12, 2012Ask the baristas here any coffee question and settle in for a geeky, roasted-bean-flavored convo. Just look at all that sparkling machinery!!
- Ninon ™August 23, 2014The coffee is great, just had their summer ice tea and that's quite good as well 👌
- Pam ☕️ ONovember 28, 2016$5 for a chemex or siphon-brew is somewhat overpriced but their beans are great!

- Order a cap! They don't ask you what size because there should only be one size. Don't add any flavor or sugar. Just sip it slowly with a glass of water to reset your buds and you're there :)
- New to me, off the main drag, best coffee in town.
- Get a mocha and croissant, heated of course, and sit outside in the morning sun. Then walk along the tracks and take pictures of the trains.
- Elissa ShevinskyAugust 11, 2012Ask for heavy cream with your single origin or cold brew. Note that some coffees take cream better than others.
