Food was really excellent. Wonderful! Valerie was fantastic w/ her recommendations and friendliness. Very nice, elegant atmosphere, as always! One of our favorite spots in Boulder to celebrate!

This is my new favorite restaurant! The wine list is superb, no surprise The staff is very attentive. The atmosphere is cozy. And, I'm excited to go try out their happy hour which I've heard is great.

It was my mother's 97th birthday and we went for dinner and it was very good. The service was nice the meal was the the best we've had in a while and everyone was very nice to us and my mother

The Greenbriar has contemporary fare in an elegant and charming old inn. Yeah, you can get beef Wellington and escargots, but there's also truffle-whipped potatoes. Service is efficient and gracious. Read more

I had the bison sirloin and it was perfectly cooked and very tasty. My wife had the lamb which was also quite good and we finished it off with the bananas foster a fun classic that was done well.

The setting is beautiful anytime of the year. The crowd is a little older, which is a nice change. If you want to dress up and enjoy your Sunday.....I would highly recommend the Greenbriar!

The food is fantastic, the hospitality was fantastic and maybe even better than the food, (not to bring down the meal in any way), and the scene is super cozy and almost always-holiday feeling.

The waiter was amazing and the food was really incredible. I would have never come in but now I plan on coming back. Also, I am getting married and I am now looking here as well for a venue.

We return to Greenbriar every year for our Anniversary. We've never been disappointed. The food was wonderful and the wait staff very attentive. Always a great choice for a special occasion.

We have been going to the Greenbiar over the years and it has managed to stay very fresh and vibrant. The wine selection was amazing with something for every taste and budget.

Wonderful ambiance beautiful decor comfortable seating and perfect holiday lighting. Menu is focused toward meat eaters with locally raised beef and lamb. Seafood is flown in. Dessert was amazing.

The grounds and building are breathtaking. At night the outside is lit up with white lights that gives it a whimsical feeling. Now on to the good stuff, FOOD! It was outstanding.

Always a good experience. Good food, excellent service. New Year's day brunch is a yearly tradition. I have gone here since it opened in 1967. Go to prom date dinner then.

As usual the food was great. The Green Briar always has exceptional menus for special events as well as great food any time. Their wine selection is extremely good as well!

We chose this restaurant for our New Year’s celebration. It was our first time there but it will not be the last. Excellent 5 course fixed price menu for the holiday. We will go back

The Greenbriar Inn does the best buffet brunch in town. The restaurant and staff are very welcoming. It's tucked under the Boulder foothills in an older, charming building.

Outstanding dining experience. I had never had Beef Wellington before and I may never again at any other place, as this was truly outstanding & I don't want to be disappointed in the future.

We had a Groupon for this one night stay. 99$ for a suit. The restaurant and bar was warm and inviting. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was full of antiques!

The beef Wellington was delicious. Even though I was barely hungry I couldn't stop eating it because it was possibly the best I've ever had. Table side Caesar was excellent.

They have the most amazing brunch layout. Lots of options for any occasion. Inside and out depending on the weather. It is never too loud and the service is always spot on.

Dinner was great during Denver restaurant week. Everything was perfect. Keanu was fantastic. Very attentive. Food was amazing, 3 courses for $30!

Both of our dishes were absolutely delightful. The beef was cooked perfectly (medium rare) and melted in our mouths. The portions were generous.

This was our first time. The Inn is quite charming, with its twinkle lights and location out of town. The waitstaff was very kind and helpful and the food was delicious.

Attentive service by Jake made it a perfect evening. Only reason it's not a 5-star was the service was slightly slow out if the kitchen due to a wedding reception.
