With three locations in Seattle, Samurai might make the best ramen in the area (Tonkotsu is especially popular)—on its good days.

Some of the best ramen in Seattle, and comparable to stuff in Japan. Everything is brilliantly fresh and flavorful!

A clothes closet feels spacious by comparison, but this International District ramen-ya (along with its sibling on the Ave) is a near-perfect rendition of the tiny noodle shops of Japan. Read more

The garlic rice bowl is surprisingly simple and totally delicious. Sweet, savory, and the perfect amount of spicy.

They have GREAT, traditional Ramen (for what that's worth). You usually won't find a Japanese restaurant that serves Ramen here in the great NW. Thank goodness for Samurai!

Portion size is way too small. Took me like. 5 bites to finish it. This would be comparable to a small pho anywhere else for the price of a large. Pretty good though, not too many ramen places around

so-so service, slightly expensive/they charge for almost everything, super WEAK portions, overall ramen is nothing special ESP for the price/portions. the pork is good tho. try aloha ramen-it's better

Not that great...service slow when there were few tables. First ramen place I've tried in Seattle. Not impressed. Especially after living in Okinawa.

Scraping your chopsticks against each other in a restaurant is rude; it shows the proprietor that you think their chopsticks are cheap. Don't do it!

Super slow service speed especially during Dining hours. Do not come if you have any time constraint.

Don't come here if you're expecting a quick meal. The service is very slow.

Noodles are chewy and the soup was salty. Would have preferred Cup O Noodles.
