- The old Midtown Mall clock in the main atrium is charming. Wegman's Deli is a plus, too! Fast security. Free WIfi. Nice airport.
- Check out the secret arcade on concourse A. It's hidden under the shoeshine sign, there is no shiner; just classic 1990s and early 2000s video games.Upvoted 2 weeks ago
- Relive the good old days of video games courtesy of The Strong National Museum of Play. There are few neat displays at the entrance of concourse BUpvoted Apr 9
- Sherri YoungMarch 5, 2015I have flown out in a snowstorm to get to Aruba and I flew to LA. Rochester has the best airport to get out of New York!
- Kelly MSeptember 25, 2016A small little airport, never really a long line for security (which is nice).
- Best Men's Room anywhere. Ledge above the urinals when your hands are "full", Dyson "airblade" hand dryers, recessed baby changing station so they can't roll-out, and departure board. Can't be better.
- The recently redone airport is beautiful! Check out the strong museum exhibit, small restaurants (non-chains) and beautifully lit views!
- Delta is the way to go, United will kick your dog and steal your car. Source: Me
- Currently inside and out are both under construction. Leave ample time to drop off or pick up others since only 1 lane total is open!
- Tons of construction right now but still one of the easiest airports to travel to and from in America
- Such a quiet airport... If you're nervous about your flight, it's no big deal. You just have to sit in a chair and let them to their thing.
- Security is general pretty quick. Recently remodeled. Nice airport!
- Eric WigleyMarch 26, 2013Free Wi-Fi, but it's lame. Have to submit your name, address, phone #, and email. All that and the form isn't even mobile compatible, which makes it a painful process. Why not cut the strings?

- Michael J southbayfoodies.comApril 5, 2013I love the area with the following funky statues. Lots if plugs and comfy seats.
- Be careful when you have two laptops going through security. They don't like it when you stack them on top of each other... Could make you late for takeoff!
- Super quick TSA line! Usually takes about 15 minutes or less to get through.
- Big enough to get you whenever you want to go without the hideous security lines.
- I've never waited more than 20 minutes in security. Usually it's 10. TSA employees are very nice. They do full body scan and pat downs now, but it's not as bad as people make it out to be
- Alice McGinleyApril 22, 2013On a super early flight (add in before 7), and don't have airline status? Get here early. It's 5 am, & the security line currently is going all the way to the concourse B meeting point. Ouch!
