If you do nothing else before you die, you MUST try Nora's Huevos Rancheros. The homemade green chili is outstanding, and they cook the eggs to a perfect over medium. You will NOT regret it!

Get whatever floats your boat, but be sure to get a pancake on the side. And if fish for breakfast is your thing, the trout comes highly recommended.

Best breakfast in Jackson Hole. Huevo's Ranchero's are supreme and what I usually go by. Expect a little bit of a wait, but it is well worth it.
