Umami is hands down the best Asian food in Miami. The food is very, very good & worth every penny. Luis is the best server there, ask for him. I've tried different things & never a disappointment.

I had the lobster and steak, Everything has tons of butter in it. The show for the hibachi was just ok. The service was extremely slow. I would say eat somewhere else.

Yani GantNovember 6, 2012The cook didn't speak to anyone at the table. Service was not great. The food was just ok a bit flavorless. I would prefer Benihana or Samurai for sure. Been here before and was not this bad.
