- This place is celebrating 30year anniversary They were founders of christie's before that. The only place in Houston for best fried shrimp in the 70's. Food was great but cocktail was just ok
- AnaMagda SaucedaFebruary 9, 2014Love the lobster with butter and asparagus. Also, GrandHennessy is the best drink.Upvoted Apr 28
- Get an entree and skip the appetizer--or vice versa! Save room for dessert. The banana pudding, bread pudding, and creme brulee are worth it!
- Abby MichaelleNovember 10, 2012Great food! When I got to the end of my meal I found a hair and then I learned they have amazing management too!
- Excellent gumbo and it's $3 cheaper than competition across the street.
- They have a bowl of gumbo and garden salad for lunch that is super filling for $11.95. Nice!
- Alejandro MenocalMarch 13, 2015Had the Shrimp Brochetas. Really good taste and bug shrimps, dirty rice with a good flavor as well
- Ayla RussellApril 6, 2014The shrimp and crawfish fondeaux is awesome and you can't go wrong with a swamp thing
- Jeff FairlieMay 2, 2014Awesome food, great portions, and service was out of this world. I will be coming back.
- Always great service, tasty cajun food. Not my favorite crawfish in the city but everything else is top shelf.
- sugardaddie.comOctober 3, 2013Try the crawfish sampler to see how you like them! The Crawfish etoufee' is great!
- Sit in the bar and have appetizers. Far more entertaining!
- Order a platter and share! It's way too much food for one!
- Stephanie McGallionMay 21, 2011The Lump Crabmeat Spinach Dip is mouth watering delicious-served w/ Garlic bread w amazing flavor. A Must Have!
- Frank MilsonJanuary 18, 2014The food was fantastic, if distinctly salty. Props to the professional service. Do not go if you are looking for a quiet dining experience. The bar area was especially noisy.
- James BarnettMarch 18, 2013The oysters here are great. We ordered a half-dozen Oysters Pappadeaux, and were in no way disappointed
- Michael D JonesMay 9, 2014This is a great place to eat. We had a bad server...brought the dinner before the salad and before the "before dinner drink".but we will be back. Its noisy so be prepared but really good!
- Try the Bayou City Chocolate Mousse Cake. It's soooooo good
- Carlton The SecondAugust 29, 2013This pappadeaux was much better than the one further down Westheimer. The server was just okay, he could've done a few things better.
- Allen ArcadeMay 9, 2010Their steaks are the same as the more expensive pappas bros next door but a little cheaper. But you pay for it with a louder (screaming kids) atmosphere.
- James BarnettMarch 18, 2013The sea scallops are half-dollar sized at best. The "broccolini" is nothing more than almost-warmed frozen broccoli.
