Many group fitness classes are included in your membership. Strength & Core on Mondays at 6:30 is great for all fitness levels & a great workout! You definitely push yourself more as part of a group.

Probably the outside swimming pool will be opened in June.
Do not use child care. Today when I went to pick up my 16 month old....they couldn't find her. She was in the high chair room alone, with the door closed. Who knows how long she was alone in there!!
Cycle with me Tuesday 5:45am and Wednesday 5:45pm!!!!
- Way to much chit chat @ 545 am spin class... the instructor is a lovely person though
Don't forget to wear proper attire in the adult wet area
Stay away from the family "locker rooms" they are big restrooms. Gross, unclean, and no where to sit.
