Lucy LMarch 29, 2010Very nice hotel, sadly I didn't have a river view room but the view from the restaurant in the morning sufficed. Lovely location, very nice. Crabtree and Evelyn goodies in the bathroom!

Get married here! An absolutely wonderful day and night with excellent food and superb staff.
It's a pity the management of this exec lounge is so poor. It seems to be run like the front room of the employees. Pity as lovely space and views.
Elinesca von FigenschouMarch 20, 2014Not for stays longer than a day. Windows don't open, water is not complimentary, room service food is terrible, youtube is blocked, pillows smells of smoke. Nice staff but won't book again.
Don't bother with the Stella Black. £4.40/pint, and it's awful.....
