In my opinion, the best time to go up the tower for the views is just before dusk. If you don't have a head for heights, be wary of the last bit up the stairs inside the tower

O lugar é tão grande, que usam o espaço até para eventos não religiosos. Frio chuva e vento congelante do lado de fora. Fiquei um bom tempo.
