Tiramisu aux fruits rouges 🥛🍓✨ C'était très bon ! Pas de mascarpone mais une mousse aux fruits rouges très légère, du coulis aux fruits rouges (assez sucré), et un peu de biscuit croustillant 💛
- Leur "rocher praliné" (fait maison) : il porte merveilleusement bien son nom, tant il rappelle la friandise pralinée que nous connaissons. Généreux, gourmand, bien dosé sans être gourmand 💗
- La crème brûlée : servie froide, l'appareil est vanillé, léger & crémeux. La couche de sucre caramélisé est fine & bonne. La portion généreuse !

La crème pâtissière est bonne.
