Love corn? Try the corn side dish but make sure they take it off the Cobb. Delicious and makes a nice add to any dish.

Crab and shrimp enchiladas are too sweet... Sweet fish, sweet tortilla, sweet sauce, sweet garnish. Needs some balance In there... Acidity, heat, pungency.
