Flavored coffee of the day is legit, Sunday's usually butter pecan which is the best. Best breakfast food and atmosphere in Evanston.

Nice variety of breakfast goodies, like eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, crepes, juice, coffee and so on. Simple, hearty, well made and inexpensive.

Excellent spot for breakfast. Delicious food, reasonable prices, and although it was packed, we only waited about 15 minutes for a table. Definitely a new favorite spot.

Some of the best pancakes I've ever had & the peasant potatoes are delish! The servers are nice, parking is plentiful (meters & lot) & the window seats are the best. Look for coupons at valpak.com Read more

If you're going to attempt the breakfast burrito (which is HUMONGOUS), try it with either chorizo or sausage.

Place.Is.Awful!Even if I was to compare this to some run down diner in a state like Utah off of a desalinate highway, this place still is rock bottom for diners! Spare urself the trip to the bathroom

The best thing about Le Peep is that Dixie Kitchen is next door where the breakfast is much better.

Not a big fan. The French toast was dry and rigid, very disappointing. And potatoes have no taste at all. Don't know if I came on a bad day or what.

Substandard. Bacon is not fresh. Food comes out fast, but steak and eggs both undercooked (perhaps that's why)
