My membership didn’t include this place; they let me work out anyway. Friendly staff, nice gym, though no help with those droids I’ve been looking for. Is this the right desert?
Nice big gym. Don't waste your money on trainers..you will get better results on your own if u go 4-5 days a week and do weights and cardio. Get lifting workouts from books. Start eating 5 small meals
Early mornings 3-6am and 8-10pm are dead which is great if you have super sets, giant sets, and drop sets. Also Saturdays and Sundays are pretty good to go too.
