TK-421August 1, 2019My membership didn’t include this place; they let me work out anyway. Friendly staff, nice gym, though no help with those droids I’ve been looking for. Is this the right desert?
Lucy is a high energy fun instructor. She teaches a great Zumba class. Great cardio. She brings attitude that hardcore students love.
Nice big gym. Don't waste your money on trainers..you will get better results on your own if u go 4-5 days a week and do weights and cardio. Get lifting workouts from books. Start eating 5 small meals- Just took a class subbed by Adell for Zumba. They should add her to regular schedule. People feel very positive after class. Rigo, too.
- Jackie--Fun, fast, and friendly. She's great. She should have more classes, here or at Palmdale
Early mornings 3-6am and 8-10pm are dead which is great if you have super sets, giant sets, and drop sets. Also Saturdays and Sundays are pretty good to go too.
One of the nicer 24 Hour Fitness clubs. Lots of space, plenty of equipment, and people are friendly.
Definitely get a trainer! They will give u a personal workout plan and get u results twice as fast- Water. Aerobics Bike riding walking treadmill and classes dance class
Go on a Friday , Saturday or Sunday night---so nice semi-empty :)
Try mikes class Tuesday's at 5:30am wensday at 730 pm and Sunday's at 9:30am
Don't forget your beats by Dre on Thursdays around 8 ... don't wanna feel left out everybody's wearing them
- The people with new years resolutions of working out has toned down. Get your workouts done
