The menu features local, seasonal specials but the standards like Deviled Eggs, Gumbo and the decadent Fries with Béarnaise are always great choices. [Eater 18 Member]

The Brussel sprouts (pictured) are amazing and so was the shrimp & grits. Yum! Definitely going back. Also, on Monday’s, bottles of wine are half off.

All the classics are good, especially impressed with them splitting an entree for my wife and I into two separate plates without us even asking! Excellent service

Try the fried green tomatoes with pimento cheese app. It can be a full meal by itself!

Instead of the typical frying method, The Glass Onion's chicken is baked in a pan of hot oil. The confit technique leaves the chicken leg thoroughly cooked before being seared on both sides. Read more

Everything was fantastic. Shells and cheese. Fried quail with buttermilk and honey. Salmon and butter bean salad. Chocolate and pecan tart served with local ice cream ( wholly cow? ). Wow. Thanks!

Another Diners, Drive-ins and Dives restaurant off my list. Awesome food. I ate all of mine plus whatever the wife didn't finish. Salted Caramel pie and banana pudding is awesome!

Our party of four coworkers decided it was the best meal of our life. We live in Michigan. If e are able to choose out last meal it would be at the glass onion. OMG. Best. Meal. Ever.

Doing the pick 4 on the sides is more than enough of a meal for most people, but don't pass on a deviled egg or two beforehand!

Pork loin po boy was more of a trumped up ham sandwich. Tasty enough but not nearly as good as the fried quail - that's a definite winner.

Fried quail was ok as a curiosity item but to greasy to get it again. Cheesy grits on the other hand are addictive.
