A fine dining delight, incredible menu, and locally sourced options. The Colorado meat entrees were all excellently prepared and tomato bisque was hearty with a pastry top. Reservations preferred.

Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Try the braised beef short rib, bone-in ribeye, and save room for the awesome hot sticky toffee pudding cake!

Tartare was great, octopus and veal both overcooked. Gnocchi was fresh and delicious.

Was in Edwards/Vail for the week and ate at all the big names-- Juniper by far was the best atmosphere and food of the trip. Chill at the bar with Kenny-- he'll set you straight!
