Southwest Bowl... shredded hash browns, scrambled eggs, smothered in chili, topped with cheese, sour cream and a few avocado slice. Very good. Very filling.

For a light lunch try the Chipolte Chicken Wrap with a side of potato salad. The wrap is spiced just right.
