The grilled salmon and the ribeye steak are absolutely incredible! My boyfriend and I split our plates so we could enjoy a little bit of both!

The cream of crawfish soup special is excellent!! Order an app of crab cakes to top the spinach salad (also, consider asking for the delicious dressing on the side). Red Beans and Rice YUM! too!

I'm in total agreement with some of the other four squares: the crawfish etouffe and the crawfish mac n cheese completely disappeared from our plates. Also, get the hush puppies instead of biscuits.

Fried oysters and shrimp, boudin balls, and the blueberry cobbler dessert special was out of this world. Great beer selection. Friendly staff. Had a great time.

Do yourself a favor and try the crawfish macaroni as well as the spinach artichoke dip. The fried bowtie pasta that's served with the dip is delicious! Haven't had something bad from the chimes!

Passing through Baton Rouge, this place was recommended. Great food, friendly staff...even tolerated us wearing our Alabama gear in their LSU restaurant. Highly recommend!

New menu coming out very soon at The Chimes. A few items leaving, a few new items making their debut, and at least one favorite making a triumphant return. Still the best overall restaurant in town!

I've never had a single thing from Chimes that I didn't like. I highly recommend the shrimp & corn soup and caesar salad! Trivia on Monday nights starts at 10 and is a lot of fun if you actually play!

Excellent cuisine for visitors of LSU's campus to check out. If you're looking for a good meal for a place close to campus, you can't go wrong with "CHIMES" or "WALKONS."

Good food in a low key environment right on the LSU campus. Étouffée was tasty, blackened alligator was too salty.

The fried catfish platter is a lot of food for a decent price. You get a salad, 3 breaded and fried catfish filets, fries, and 3 hush puppies. Yummy
