- Go see the gem room! Believe it or not, they most expensive rock they have in there is the moon rock from the Apollo 12 mission to the moon. #istilllovediamondsthemost
- They do a nice job with birthday parties. We had one there for our daughter in 2010, and it was really nice! Good combination of fun and learning.

- If you have a large group, do NOT plan events on the weekend unless you get people there early. Stuff fills up too quickly.
- Check out the history of food dinners! Amazing. They are in February, April, June and November
- The Whales|Tohora exhibit is definitely a must-see. Stop in before January 27 to hear legends, touch whale bones, and crawl through a life-sized whale heart!
