Try the dry agedsteaks. If you want your steak to be cooked "medium-rare" and you want it close to "rare," make sure you emphasize the word "rare." Then you will get your rich and juicy steak ;)
Steak Tartare is not on the menu but you can order it. Generaly it's very good. They don't give you a raw egg however. They give you a cooked egg, chopped up
