- the staff here are always so nice & friendly. the woman who brought me my breakfast checked in on me later in and asked how it was. well done, cosi. well done.
The Greek salad here is the BOMB. Especially at this location, they make it best here. Order online ahead of time too if you're in a rush. They also have nice high tables near the window:)

This Cosi is so inefficient losing orders and only giving meaningless platitudes afterwards.
This place SUCKS in terms of customer service. The wait for a salad to go is no less than twenty minutes and they get really huffy when you ask for an estimate.
