I have been a fan of a Chuy’s ever since the Barton Springs Location in Austin opened many years ago. Good food, drinks and service... good prices.
- Blair AllenSeptember 15, 2018Chuy's is a Texas institution - most Texans are 33% Jalapeno Ranch, true story. Pop over for lunch or dinner any day for the friendliest service. Happy Hour is 4-7 and they have a FREE nacho car!

Best menu items: Chicka-Chicka Boom Boom Enchiladas, Elvis Fried Chicken, Chile Rellenos, Baja Tacos, and Fajitas!!!- The Creamy Jalapeño Dip is to die for! Fajitas for one is actually enough for two! Craving seafood? Try the baja tacos! :) Looove this place!

Much much easier to park than the Westheimer and Kirby location. Same food and less of a bar atmosphere (unless you like that sort of thing). Note that you can order the Boom Boom sauce for any dish!
Best on sundays. The special is hatch chicken combo. The Tito's Bloody Mary with celery , olives and lime in salted rim glass goes well with food- The grand ma's rita's are so good and it is just as easy to down a couple during a good meal

Charlie RivoireFebruary 5, 2012Go to the bar if you want decent service. Super Bowl Sunday, there are more employees than customers, and I can get my own drinks (which are flaccid to say the least) faster.
- Sunday special is Hatch Chicken. Don't forget to ask for a side order of real hatch sauce. It taste hot and yummy.
Tortilla soup is awesome!!! And rellenos are the best in the state. Goes down good with a Mexican martini!!!
