    Make an appointment ahead of time if you need a technician to check out your device, walk-in appointments will always be at least an hour wait! Go to apple.com/Columbia to make them

    Big Mac was sick and they fixed him right up! Apple stores and products are the best! I have always found the greatest and most knowledgeable people working in Apple stores!!

    Although I was forced to drink the iPhone cool-aide, my experience at the Apple Store was great. Friendly, knowledgable staff with quick, well explained solutions and suggestions.

    Picked up my freshly repaired MacBook Air at the Apple Store & just as I was putting it into it's neoprene case I dropped it on the "Italian slate" floor. $800 damage and Apple repaired it for free.

    Horrible. They don't wanna work with you on anything. My phone was under warranty and when another Apple store said they fixed that particular issue for free this one wanted to charge me $50
