This place earns its “best of” awards year after year for a reason. The service is impeccable. The scenery is amazing. And everything is walkable. Warning: Come here once, and you will need to return!

Brad NFebruary 28, 2012Best place in Maui. Just checked out of the Ritz and into the 4 Seasons. The 4 Seasons is so much nicer and the weather is much better here. Not as windy and rainy as the Ritz area of Maui.
PoojaMay 14, 2014Very good spread for the breakfast buffet. POG juice was good. Pay extra for smoothies :( Great customer service. They also have covers for your plates to keep birds away. Ocean view tables too.

If you visit during a busy season (even July 4 week!) and want to escape to the adult only serenity pool, show up at 6am or order a cabana DAYS in advance. Not very cool for a 4 Seasons. Expected more

Amazing service when you first walk in for the kids. Nice tennis courts and courtyards for the kids to play on
Excellence in everything... the food, the service, the scenery... there is nothing that competes. Don't hesitate, spend the extra money and book this hotel. Enough said and enjoy your vacation!!!

Make sure to get up early (5:30am) if you want first pick of the ocean view cabanas! It's worth it!
Check out the more private seating in the naupaka area, still with the signature incredible views
The serenity pool alone is worth the trip to the middle of the Pacific.

Danny @ the adult serenity pool bar is awesome. You think it, he will make it. All-star staff for sure.
Use the free shoe cleaning service. Key after muddy hikes from the road to Hana.
