The lettuce wraps veggie rice bowl were amazing! Veggies were fresh, not sautéed to death. Very nice with a cold Fat Tire. :)

The dragon sauce is an excellent choice for people with spicy tastes. You should also way it down with a green tea.

Sushi blows cow nutt sack, but the Boulder Veggie Bowl with peanut sauce is a tasty and healthy little treasure in the disarray of poorly inauthentic Japanese cuisine.
