Second time visiting RHG. Service is subpar, but the food and specials are decent- loved the dill havarti cheese burger and 1/2-priced bottle of wine (Thursday night special).

They allowed some douchebag to change the Oriole game to watch the White Sox Tampa Bay. Bartenders lost a nice tip. Here's a tip, you're in Baltimore.

Small bar/restaurant in Federal Hill, but the food is great and they have an awesome mussel bar.

Was here on NYE. To be fair, maybe the chef had a bad night. But had the worst meal I've ever had in Baltimore. I don't say that lightly.
