- Get a seat at the bar, order the steamers (or anything, really) then take a deep breath and let your big city troubles melt away.
- ShelleyApril 17, 2016Lots of locals, nice family atmosphere. Fried fish is lightly battered so that's good if you are into fried fish. Yummy coleslaw. Half the menu is nightly specials.
- Steamers, Mussels, Clam Chowder, Smoked Bluefish, Brie and Fish and Chips...all are safe bets.
- Lorraine CassilloNovember 13, 2014You name it - it's good! A fixture in Chatham for a reason - don't miss an opportunity to eat there
- Charise Van LiewSeptember 1, 2014Lobster O.D. is a great value. Lobster bisque and lobster roll for $19. Smoked blue fish is also delicious
- Philip ScottJuly 12, 2019Very professional bartenders. The online Jukebox is awesome....you can search for pretty much anything you want to play.....$10 for (16) songs. Lot of fun.
- RosaAkaNanaFebruary 11, 2013Order the Quahogs! Theeee best! Make sure you wash it down with a nice cold Sam Adams! I miss you Squire! See you August 2013 ❤
- Rachelle GrecoJune 3, 2015One of my favorite places to go on the cape. Reasonably priced, amazing clam chowder and overall great staff and atmosphere!

- AmyAugust 7, 2012Love that you can get a kids' healthy meal: Fresh fruit and veg with cheese and crackers.
- Your typical pub restaurant. I love their pasta though! Try The Chef's Carbonara (app size because it's large) – it's amazing!
- Clam chowder here is excellent. Can't go wrong with the chowder, steamers, fish and chips, or the cioppino.
- Daniel TewfikJune 24, 2015Lobster Roll special (w/ soup) is a great way to have your cake and eat it too.
- The quintessential Chatham restaurant. It's been here for over 40 years and is loved by locals and visitors alike. And it's open year-round!
- Don't wait for a table. Go in the front door and sit at the bar. Great bartenders & same menu.
- Can you believe it. If they don't like the music you play on the AMI digital juke box they skip and move on to next song. And keep skipping until they hear something that suits them. How dare they.
- If you like stuck up, snooty girls or guys with full tucks and salmon colored shorts this is the place to be on a Friday or Saturday night!
- Jacqui HoodMay 20, 2013Great collection of license plates from all over the world PLUS good food and better drinks!
- Devin TerrioAugust 13, 2013on Monday nights this place is filled with straight filet mignon like if your wanting to meet a hot ass bitch or a rich ass dude who wears salmon colored shorts then come join the party 👍
- Full menu at bar, no wait. Stuffed clams are huge and delicious. Scallops meunière are legit.
- Steve BeefAugust 5, 2013I ate dried out oysters for the first time here. Stick with the fried food, which was good!
- Lobster bisque is the best as is the captains plate and the lobster ravioli
- Jay G.August 28, 2011Popcorn shrimp are unbelievable. Perfect bit of spice and the blue cheese dip is outstanding.
- I always get the Indian Pudding. It's hard to find and I think they do a good job of it here.
- Mati LuikAugust 11, 2014The food is actually good though pricy for the atmosphere and not inventive. The hospitality leaves a lot to be desired as well.
- Michael FitzgeraldAugust 10, 2011Great dive bar feel. Raw oyster and clams. Try the steamers, super local off monomoy.
- Mussels marinara and the sea gull mascot won over everyone in our crowd. Waitstaff were especially attentive and pleasant.
- Laura DownsNovember 20, 2010omg, the mussels and chowder are the best! great atmsphere! a must go to on the cape
- Lisa DesistoJune 19, 2011The freshest sweetest steamers I have had in years. #yum. Kim was awesome getting food to hungry kids
- You will never find a lobster bisque as good as the Squires!
- Thomas McNultyAugust 25, 2012No drinks "on the rocks" or shots after midnight?! But you can have any mixed drink you want? Am I the only one confused?
- Andrew KenyonMay 4, 2013Expected much better, definitely a tourist trap. Expensive for very sub par food (we got the sirloin and chicken piccata). Also encountered rude ladies at the front desk, server was nice though.
- Awesome service; oysters, chowder and beer = awesome.
- Great place to wind down after work. Nice beer selection. Local food.
- Great local bar, good pub food. Lobster bisque is money.
