- Mark DregerNovember 2, 2017Very nice since the remodel. Lots of outlets (incl. USB), snacks throughout the day, and soda/coffee machines. Very fresh and relaxing atmosphere.Upvoted 1 week ago
- Newly updated, better seating options than the old worn out stuff they had for years. Not as nice as Asian or European airline lounges but it gets you out of the ORD terminal madness.Upvoted Mar 4
- Amar WeismanAugust 19, 2012Solid Domestic Club; renovated with the usual amenities; bustling with a cross section of flyers; high ceilings; natural sunlight; no showers. B.
- Tim OShaughnessySeptember 1, 2018Professional service, at the concierge desk. Beautiful physical upgrade. Same gracious and friendly staff.
- RichardMarch 5, 2014Like most @United clubs, there's little exclusive about this place—just a different corner of the airport with seats, lamps, outlets, and free bad beer.
- Just say NO to face-timing unless you have a mic and earphones with you. Nobody wants to listen to your conversation.
- Paul RasmussenApril 19, 2015This club is a pit of despair. Head either to the E/F club or the B18 club (or hang out in the terminal. It's likely to be less crowded).
- Updated with extra seating due to closing the lounge in F term-seating is spaced in groups and nicely done.
- Clayton BoslerMay 8, 2022The chicken soup was remarkably good. there are a variety of chairs, tables and plenty of outlets.
- They've upped their game here, hot food on at least one recent visit and everything is updated.
- WilliamNovember 19, 2013Order a house Bloody Mary spicy and with horseradish. You won't be disappointed.
- Spacious yet usually overcrowded. Barely measures up to a club and needs both food and amenity updates desperately. United needs to at minimum match America and delta at some point
- Jason BaloghApril 30, 2013UAL is fine. Great people who do a hell of a job in difficult circumstances. Take it from a 2m mile flier...
- Where all the cool people hang out! No seriously. Free wifi, snacks, coffee, power, comfortable seating it's all good. Well worth the membership for frequent flyers.
- In a couple if months a new lounge will open in Terminal 2. This so far is the least favorable lounge for united I've been too.
- Justin SchenckDecember 27, 2012Chairs to the right of the escalators are the coolest area of the Club. It gets very warm at and past the bar
- Arthur LapiesDecember 14, 2011Get the Amaretto Sour from Señor Gato - the brotha will hook you up. Fuego, baby. Fuego.
- Lin irlJuly 7, 2013Donut holes! My kids are in heaven even though it's 5 in the morning. Nicely done.
- Jared PApril 7, 2013Avoid all those animals in the airport. Bring a ziplock baggie to take some snacks with you. The club in F is newest and the one in C has a shower :D
- Yoram CisinskiMay 28, 2017Basic lounge with regular amenities. Staff was nice but the food selection limited
- OK, so the carpet in the club is blue-green. If Junior is tending bar, smile and tell him 'Yo - Hector says hi' - you might get a generous pour!
- If there’s no lamp on the console with the USB outlets, it means it has no power.
- Alan HuttonApril 9, 2011Total nonesense of a frequent flyer lounge. Pay for drinks and the food looks like breakfast cereal with a few tomatoes and celery thrown in for good measure.
- Rhonda ScharfOctober 4, 2012So alcohol is not free if you request what you want. I ordered a Pinot Grigio and it was $10 credit card only. Ouch
- Where something cool in the summer. This club gets really hot when sun shining!
- Michael KentJune 23, 2011As a Presidents Club member it is not up to the comfort and cleanliness standards of most President's Clubs.
- Nothing is good. No consideration for GF folks and the food looks old and stale. United continues to underwhelm .
- JJ ThakkarOctober 3, 2010President's Club members be sure to carry your membership card. If you don't & the CO agent isn't there, you may not get in.
- Allen HuntJune 27, 2013Very crapy Internet service in the lounge, be better off at Starbucks, certainly not what I'd call a business lounge
- Eric BownJanuary 27, 2012Worst United Club at O'hare. Poor snacks, blaring bright lighting, & uncomfortable seating. The only saving grace is that every seat has an outlet. Go to concourse C for a better experience.
- Aladdin HAugust 13, 2017Really bad food served here. Highlight of the menu is macaroni and cheese! Not worth the price of admission.
- The Red Carpet Club near B16 is the nicest of the 3 clubs in T1.
- Always have had good things to say about the club but things are going downhill fast. For the money I pay, I expect more.
