- Chris CooksonJanuary 9, 2015I always make a stop by this place whenever I'm in the area. Such a charming oddity with its rom com heritage on every inch of the walls. Some nods to Mystic native screenwriter Jason Filardi as well!
- RoseJuly 19, 2013I recommend the house special. I personally love this pizza. Whoever says otherwise has no taste buds! Lovely town, lovely place to eat. During the Tourist season it does get busy though!Upvoted Mar 1
- Zachary MartzAugust 13, 2016"A Slice of Heaven" ~ Some "famous" places don't live up to the hype... Stick to the classic plain cheese or pepperoni and you won't go wrong here! Just as good or better then the hype! 🍕Upvoted Mar 9
- kerry martinJuly 3, 2012Wasn't new haven pizza but not bad @ all! Seafood delight had large shrimp/scallops & was really good! Meatza was packed with meat, loved that u could split the pizza in half with the specialities!
- Robert ThompsonAugust 19, 2017I returned to Mystic Pizza salivating at the notion of devouring a slice of one of its renown delectable Italian pies. But to my astonishment I bit into a poorly under-cooked pizza that ruined my day
- Morgan BurkeJanuary 9, 2015A great place to go when visiting the area. Nice and cheesy. Right up the street from the drawbridge and some great ice cream
- Seshu BadrinathJuly 5, 2014Family friendly restaurant. Bring kids. Friendly service. Can't wait to try the pizza now.
- Hard RockerSeptember 22, 2014A must visit especially if a fan of the movie. And the pizza was pretty good. Friendly staff. Souvenir shop on site.
- Julia LuJuly 31, 2018Pizza itself is not that good (crust was a weird texture and the cheese did not taste high quality or fresh), but I think it’s worth going to for the decor and vibes.
- Bokyung ParkJuly 11, 2023Ordered a House special, but I think there was too much green pepper in it. On one side, the movie plays on a loop, and it was nice to see Julia Roberts in her early days.
- The pizza and food there isn’t that good. I mean it’s not terrible but there are so many more better restaurants. Basically it’s some regulars that know each other and everyone else is a tourist.
- NApril 23, 2016Love the atmosphere! Awesome Customer Service... Personally, we enjoyed the extra cheese pepperoni pizza!
- EmMay 14, 2011Best pizza in town! A slice of heaven plus, "happy", bubbly, smiling crews all the time. What more can you ask for?! Get the meatza! They also serve in wheat crust.
- Chris McfaddenApril 14, 2013Very good pizza! Little expensive, but you are paying for tourist aspect of it.
- Rebecca BlakeMarch 12, 2013Really is a" slice of heaven"! We tried the House Special, Mediterranean Delight & Buffalo Chicken- all outstanding. Make sure to get a tshirt!
- Anabela MaiaJuly 2, 2013Mushroom, sausage n bacon pizza! Bacon was fantastic!!! Calamari was so-so. Good if you like the coating!
- Casey NeistatOctober 19, 2014I left a harsh review of this place and while I would still stop short of recommending it the food was good, better than mediocre, and the waitress was friendly albeit slow
- If you ask, they put cabbage instead of lettuce on your grinder (sub, hogie), add a little oil and mustard and it's GREAT!
- Jon DarveauMay 16, 2017Decked out in full in decor from the old movie. Pizza is actually really good though, so more than just a tourist trap
- Susan AbellApril 23, 2013Any place that sells slices of pizza that has been kept warm under lights shouldn't be judged for the quality of their pie. That being said, avoid the premade, unknown-age slices.
- Scott WJune 14, 2016You'd be inclined to think: "Uh oh, tourist trap" but definitely not the case. Good prices and service with great pizza.
- Kara BurrittDecember 29, 2013Take-out is on the left side of the restaurant & the sit-down restaurant is on the right.
- robin cNovember 3, 2013The pizza is OK (and the slices are small). Worth it once, just b/c of the movie.
- Bree ShirvellOctober 14, 2012Visitors still flock to this symbol of the 1988 romantic comedy, "Mystic Pizza," starring Julia Roberts and debuting Matt Damon (his only line, "Mom, do you want my green stuff?"
- jenny mullerMay 27, 2013I know it's a pizza joint, but these are the best fries pickles I've ever had.
