Be Super kind to the staff.. Chances are they have just rolled up their sleeves to help out as a volunteer. Lentils is like a great family. If understaffed offer to v/teer by talking to duty manager
Inderpreet SinghApril 15, 2015Donation based with vegan options (it's all vegetarian). Great location. You can walk around in the campus gardens and also checkout the art galleries.
Always very tasty and hearty food. Make sure you try everything including the desserts and special chai. All the donations go to a good place so give generously
Beautiful place, almost a Melbourne Institution (well for students anyway). Enjoy the atmosphere, have a good feed, get a Chai, perhaps a walk around the gardens.... Plenty of Gluten Free options too

Vegan friendly.- Did U Know Lentils has 2 other great locations? 41 Blessington St, St Kilda (Not far from beach/Cafe style) & 231 Barkley St Footscray. You haven't experienced lentils till you've been to each one! (:

Dinner is NOT by donation, you are able to choose the PRICE that you feel is accurate! There's a difference, this organisation runs just like most Restaurants diners pay for the produce
