Great coffee & seed cookies but you’ll be lucky to find an open seat. It’s a very popular place. I lucked out on my last visit.- This is a favourite stop of mine in Stratford. The coffee is great and so are the seed cookies. The real trick here is timing and it seems more often than not, the place is full of patrons.
