Haven't had breakfast yet and was planning to just grab a banana bread and a cup of coffee on my way. I stopped by starbucks and here comes the shock-Little flying bugs all over the food. Big turn off
Achal VarmaMay 10, 2013Best service I've received at any Starbucks - the Iced Lemon Pound Cake was amazing.- If you get there between 8 and 9 on a weekday, it's really busy. If the barista is working the line with a headset, the line tends to move a little faster.
So this Starbucks stays open pretty late (11/12, depending on the day), which is great! Something about the seating arrangement is odd though. Makes me feel like I'm waiting for a train. Still good!

This spot is pretty busy, but it's also a convenient location right on the Magnificent Mile...
Great service here. I find that the baristas here are very friendly. Love coming here.- Orange spice iced coffee is ok. You might prefer an iced coffee with vanilla syrup for a little bit of a sweeter treat.

If you work nearby, hold off on going until around 930-10 to avoid the morning rush
- Do much better service now that the ghetto employees see gone! Love going back!

Ria DeeDecember 23, 20145 days/wk I commute to Streeterville for my office job. Other 2 I dedicate 16hrs working at my own Sbux in the burbs. Half the baristas here are rude/careless and know I'm a partner. Disappointed.
Great staff, this is quickly becoming my favorite Starbucks in Chicago.

Been to quite a few Starbucks and this one really has the best staff.
People at this store can be really rude. And always messing up your order even when it's not busy. And they couldn't care less about it. Horrible !!!
