Was here about 15 minutes ago and there was no one on line, left and came back and what do you know, there's a long line...I wouldn't come back on a Saturday anymore!!!

Avoid Cheryl at all costs. She doesn't look for packages well (I came back twice), won't count out postage, and has a chip on her shoulder. She's given me the rudest customer experience of my life.

Expect nothing. No parcel delivery if you live upstairs, no answering phones to reschedule delivery. No way to reschedule online. Rain sleet, snow or sun they will never deliver your package.
