I understand the complaints about the employees. Food is great, but I wish I was greeted with a "hi" or a "I can help you over here." The deli experience is always pretty awkward so I was a bit lost.

Turkey with cranberry mayo was great.. (better with toasted bread) and the Greek wrap was also good.. Service was friendly despite what I've heard.. The decor needs alot of updating and organization.

Fresh ingredients; creative & Delicious menu- especially the sandwiches. They have Udi's gluten-free bread to accommodate celiac. Favorite sandwich and salad shop in the city.

Roast beef sandwich with Brie and apple is incredibly good. Portion size for a whole sandwich is huge, don't know how anyone could complain about it. Not cheap, but worth the price they charge.

Chicken salad sandwich is very good. Cream of mushroom soup is not very good. Get the potato leek soup instead.

If you're getting a sandwich to go and want the tortilla chips they give as a free side when you eat in, be sure to ask for them (they do not put them in to go orders unless you ask).
