I have to wait for my drink almost 10 minutes and they gave me a coupon for a free beverage- I love walking into Starbucks Penn Station 2 -- the baristas are friendly, customer focused -- they all remember my name -- and most of all service is quick and efficient!
One of the better sbux in the city as they move the line fast and always remember your drink and name. Angel is the Chief Barista.....

Good service all around, but best when the ginger guy is working the register - SO NICE! Also, they clear the seats for real customers by enforcing the "must-purchase" rule (thank Snoopy!!!)

The 7th Ave-side LIRR store is my absolute fave Sbux in NYC. Even when they're busy they're so warm & nice! As someone who works for the company I make it a point to come here when I get a chance.

Great staff and of course, coffee. Sometimes can have long lines, but it moves quickly (again... great staff). Friendly and courteous service. My favorite Starbucks!
People have to make trains, know what you want by the time you get to the register.
Fast service both don't try the mobile ordering here. Plain coffee.... Black... Serve yourself only here

The crazy wind blew my coffee over so I went in to buy another and she didn't charge me. Excellent service!
If this is the right Starbucks (there are 3 within a block) this one doesn't have a rest room.
In the morning they keep things moving in here like clockwork! Evenings and weekends... Less so.
Best Starbucks location. Baristas here are great when you're in a rush to catch your train.

Almost everything in Penn Station is awful and this is THE most horrible Starbucks I've encountered. The employees suck and look miserable. Be ready to spend 5 minutes here even when it's not busy.
Super fast! Maybe too fast because my salted caramel latte today was neither salty nor caramely.- This place has been getting slower and slower over time. 6-10 minutes if you're getting a drink that isn't the coffee already made. Coffee isn't as good anymore either, yes they messed that up!
First time try paid w/Square, works like a charm. Nice & easy! Friendly staffs here :-)

Almost 5pm thurs, out of some roasts, cups, 2 workers.. maybe not the place to go in the afternoon.
This place is a hellhole now. Don't bother, cross the street or go down into penn station. Everyone working here now is incompetent and you will wait over 20 minutes for an espresso drink.
- Plenty of outlets at this location, if you can grab a seat.
