good news: big room with FOUR windows. BAD News: jackhammer directly outside (I asked for a quiet room) GOOD news: moved. BAD news: room only has 2 windows. GOOD news: who cares, quiet now. *snores*
No major complaints, but when the cleaners "cleaned" the room they did the dodgiest job of making the bed (photo uploaded) and neglected to take the empty glasses, bottle and ice bucket.
First impression in lobby was good but down hill from there... Reception staff need "work" however I had a good experience with one guy who went out of his way to fix a mistake made by someone else
It's the little things like poor television reception, paper thin walls, dated cocktails, a room looking into a light-well & the concierge expecting you to walk to the cab, that let this place down.
A queen and single bed in a room is meant for 3 people. Common sense tells you so unless single bed is the rollaway bed. They still "charge" hidden cost into that room. Dodgy service in this hotel.
