- You must try one of their grilled pizzas. They invented it! Love their many pastas, spicy clams Al Forno app, and Caesar salad chopped. All their to order desserts are amazing!
- Elyse EstradaMay 9, 2017Probably one of the best Caesar salads I've ever had! Pastas were delicious. Since you have to order dessert with your entree you'll need to save room or take a couple doggy bags.
- Djaniella D.February 20, 2016Dirty steak. Don't think about the price & don't think twice about ordering it. Beautifully done with a sauce that is currently making my mouth water as I'm recalling this delicious experience.
- Lee HoffmanSeptember 24, 2022Absolutely incredible. The pepperoni pizza (add spicy) one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The baked pasta one of the best vodka sauce pastas I’ve ever had. Meatballs and gnocchi also excellent.
- Coco LaurenJune 17, 2016Their 5 cheese baked pasta and their pizza is amazing. The atmosphere is a little stuffy for my taste, but worth it for the food.
- Stephanie WMay 27, 2018Best pizza I’ve ever had. And I’ve had A LOT. Skip the Caesar salad. The clams al forno lived up to the hype - divine. Bread gnocchi was great, but the pizza and clams were the standouts.
- The Wall Street JournalOctober 8, 2014Owners Johanne Killeen and George Germon have been serving grilled pizzas and oven-baked dishes for almost 35 years. If the sweet-sour-spicy Dirty Steak isn't on the menu, ask for it anyway. Read more
- Kyle ByeApril 2, 2016Went here for Valentine's Day. Romantic and classy. Get the handmade beef short rib ravioli or splurge on the dirty steak. Both are delicious!
- Ghada AjOctober 3, 2016Best Italian food is at this place.. Pesto pizza and the caesar salad is unbelievably delicious.. Fried risotto is great. Basically everything in the menu is superb👌😍
- Yueyue GuoOctober 11, 2015Hostess is incompetent and even underestimates your wait time, while many tables sit empty. But if you brave the wait, go for the calamari pizza and duck legs
- Ngoc NguyenFebruary 23, 2013I had the Duck with Kumquat Marmalade. It was delicious! Definitely should try the cookie pallet for desert if you go in a big group, they are heaven :)
- Mike NickersonJanuary 25, 2012Go with friends and get the clams al forno, the sauce is delicious. Also try the Spicy Pizza and Fried Cod with avocado spread...yum. Food is quality and fresh.
- Amanda VinciAugust 14, 2014Grilled pizza with Tuscan kale pesto is one of a kind. Beets and frites was light on the beets but an interesting mix
- Stephen MilbankMay 8, 2016Fungi pizza. Pepperoni pizza. Clams al Forno. Baked pasta w/ 5 cheeses. Veal bolognese.
- The Daily MealFebruary 22, 2011Absolute musts: Grilled pizza (they invented it!), anything featuring sweet, succulent duck and waiting at least an hour for a table (no reservations here). Worth every second. Read more
- Yuselly MendozaAugust 28, 2013Their calamari is THE BEST in town. I've ordered it from other places and does not beat the satisfaction of Alforno's calamari.
- Dan SaperMay 28, 2012Are you kidding me? This place is fantastic. Get the cinnamon ice cream sandwich and thank me later.
