Nice corner room with view of the Mississippi River and part of downtown. Concierge was nice on 19th floor!

Valet parking only. If you've got a motorcycle, don't ask the desk clerk, as you'll get wrong info. Johnny SpencerSeptember 3, 2014Breakfast was good, and staff was very pleasant. However, it was hard to find due to all the remodeling/construction. $15.00+ per eater.
Their cup of chili at the gift shop is de-li-ci-ous!! TRY IT! Especially with crackers. Whew!!
They force you into crappy/valet parking at $15-$20/night. I'm all about free markets, park on the street for free.
Neat & clean. Wonderful staff that was so helpful in giving directions and really went out of their way to be nice and courteous.- Check the lobby in afternoons. They always have complimentary cookies and hot choco. So tastey!

Frank FrambachOctober 24, 2011Fantastic room with nice beds, free internet in the whole Hotel works great. Happy I chose this hotel.- No more hot chocolate and cookies. You can get s bagel or fruit cup in Starbucks in the lobby. No snacks to get locally.

- Try asking at the front desk about BBQ King's. They might help you with something... #coupons
They bring in chocolates and leave them in the room but they just attract ants. Very dusty, decayed-looking hotel--its better days are behind it.
Stayed for 5 nights... Ordered room service, my steak was under cooked and my fries were cold and soggy. The conceirge level was great I loved it.
Adrienne SwinneyJuly 29, 2010Nice room, it was perfect to be right on the trolley line. The shower wasn't that good, not very hot at all the first five minutes it was barely lukewarm. Park offsite. It's only 5 bucks.

The front desk staff here is very rude and not customer friendly even with simple request and question experienced this during evening and morning check-in...
