Ask for the grilled oysters with garlic & butter. Far one of the best gastronomic experiences in Vegas!!! (Also try the steak at Prime, Bellagio...simply heavenly)
Seriously good oysters & oyster dishes, though if you're a raw oyster fiend you can also get as many of them as you want at no additional cost at some of the buffets elsewhere in Vegas. Bit of a sham

Oysters and BOMB clam chowder. Biggest lobster tail I've ever seen.
