Rooms are good with nice views on the city side of the building. Staff are very responsive to your requests. The WIFI has been unreliable (more bad than good for streaming video) for a year now.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Only two drawers in the room though.
It's a gorgeous hotel but the staff members kept telling us different things about our reservation and what we can and can't do. I didn't think it would be so complex.
- Definitely need to try The Market Stand Cafe. The ravioli is to due for!
Nice hotel. Will be better soon. They are doing room upgrades to plasma tv's, personla safes and mini-refrigerators

Elevators can be slow find the service elevators behind the registration desk. No waiting there!!!
Full fridge and freezer in the rooms - awesome upgrades!!
Outstanding lunch for 500 Election Officials from all over Ohio!

The past 2 times I've been here the rooms have been filthy!!!! YUCK!!!!- Ohio Election Officials Conference. Delicious buffet breakfast. Now in seminar mode.
