Patrick is the upstairs manager. His team is particularly skilled for addressing this neighborhood's expectations of hospitality providers. In other words, they know how to have fun by doing it right.
Kathryn is the Assistant Manager. She is excellent at setting a sterling example for how customers are to be treated. She is a delight. And she cares about the quality of each customer's experience.
Second floor cafe is exceptionally pleasant during evening hours. Fireplace and dim lighting add ambiance. Oh, service, coffees, wines and food are tops. Enjoy!

Baristas on top floor are awesm, very attentive & seem to like their jobs; hypothesize this construction enables self-selection: top floor for ppl staying longer, street level for in/outers
Paying $7 dollars for a coffee and then getting the wrong order-I understand crowds-but no need for you to get mad at me for asking for a drink I payed for....
