Everyone and everything are wonderful. It always amazes me how everyone is beyond helpful. The wide open space of the building makes a huge difference.

The most helpful and knowledgable salesperson about accessories of all kinds is SEAN. Be sure to ask for him. Not sure if he handles other stuff such as repairs, but he was amazing. And works on Sun.

Friendly staff, the usual line up of devices and third party accessories. Paying with a card was never easier, just a quick swipe through the staff's iPhones.

Nice store in a very convenient location. Didn't get to go in as they were closed due to the snow. Went to the flagship store on 5th instead.

The genius team at the store is the most incompetent genius team I have encountered.There wasn't a time that I had to wait less than 20-40 minutes, or a time that my problem was solved there.
